    美食日志

    好久都没来写过日志了,有人提过意见了,怎么blog老没见更新,那是因为我太懒了。曾经说过要把平日做过的菜都一一发上来,结果发了几张后就偃旗息鼓了。既然没什么事情可写,那么就把以前做的菜重新整理一下,发上来吧。
    先上一个今天中午吃的----铁板洋葱里脊。 在德国想吃个铁板不容易啊,dresden那家蒙古铁板的味道实在是不敢恭维,那个酱汁的味道让人发腻。买了个铁板,自己在家也可以享受铁板的乐趣,唯一麻烦的是一定要做好保护工作,不然就是一桌子的油。做法极其简单,李锦记黑椒汁,上好的里脊,洋葱,不过味道确实很好,比蒙古铁板好吃多了。




    接下来时上个星期做的卤肉。很喜欢一包卤料的味道,是带点中药味的,有点像宏达烧鸡的味道。配上了一碟红油生抽混合而成的味碟,个人觉得炖的有点太烂,但某人觉的入口即化的味道很好,剩下的一点第二天下了卤肉面,大块大块的吃肉的感觉真好,谁叫咱是无肉不欢呢。。





    下午茶系列之一的香蕉muffin,自然开裂,口感比起戚风来说当然是要粗糙,但是有自己的独特味道,更重要的制作过程简单,不像戚风,不能沾水沾油,还要打发,这个muffin的成功率应该是很高的,反正我这个方子一次成功了。
